In rare cases, even black pixels can be blocked. If the pixel color is white or colored, you can adjust it. When it’s black, it can’t be fixed. First we determine if the pixel is stuck or dead.
If it’s not black, you’re in luck. You still have a chance to fix it. But if it’s a dead pixel, there’s nothing you can do about it. However, as mentioned earlier, there may be some stuck pixels that in rare cases appear black. So you can try your luck. So how do you fix stuck pixels?

Pixels Are Dead In My Phone
Any idea what it is, will it go away or do I have to go to Apple? Still under warranty but also Apple Care. But I hate it, I had to replace my previous Xs too because of the display failure.
Bring it to Apple. Dead pixels can’t be fixed and yours looks dead unblocked. Apple will likely exchange your 11 Pro for a new or refurbished one from Apple. Make sure you back up both iCloud and your Mac before backing up.
I’m still within the first year of warranty, but I also have Apple Care. However, I’m in a different country than where I bought it. But that shouldn’t matter, right?
This is not something you will learn overnight. You should follow Apple Care for further questions. It may happen that they replace it or fix the defect.

A stuck pixel will usually be colored; red, blue, green, etc. With LCD it can be unlocked. Not sure it will work for an OLED screen though. A dead pixel is black (like yours) and cannot be fixed.
Be polite, point out that there are a bunch of dead pixels and you need to fix it (unlikely) or replace it (more likely).
Be sure to read up on how to prepare to ship the phone, as they require at least one backup (and a few other things, but they’ll walk you through them as long as you know your AppleID PINs and passwords).

Hi bro, I have the same problem and only noticed it today … also the same dot next to the side button. You can update what happened with the Apple Store.

To add: I just checked my display and compared it to yours with the same page open and yours looks a little higher but very very close.
I think the limited warranty will take care of that even if it doesn’t. Since you have Apple Care +, there are no costs for defects.

And what do you think is the best solution? New screen repair or new device? Doesn’t that matter at all? The phone is 8 months old + air conditioning +.

Click to expand… Just bring it, you’re still under your limited warranty, so you won’t even need your AC+ (as long as there’s no visible damage). Depending on whether they have replacement screens in stock and the genius you’re serving, they’ll replace either the screen or the phone. But rest assured they will fix it no questions asked (as long as there is no visible damage). Personally, I’m hoping for a repair, because basically you have a completely new phone (new battery, etc.)
Let me ask you: are all replacement phones outside the 14 day return period refurbished? Aren’t they like the ones from the box with all the accessories?
My battery is 99% and I received it in excellent condition with case, leather and protection. The only thing I care about is if the phone has more damage than just the screen, but I guess that’s the wrong conclusion to draw from that.

The problem is i live in a country where there are no apple stores here, only authorized distributors and service providers, i doubt they will do anything. But I’ll try anyway.
Thank you for sharing your experience when you go to the store if they will just replace the screen or get you a new phone.
I really hate doing this because I’m always afraid something will go wrong and the worst part is always restoring the phone and watch eSIM.

They even ran a remote diagnostic on my iPhone which also shows a warning in the camera sensor!

Hi friend, do you have any update on your case? I’m waiting a few more days to see if it’s spreading as I feel it’s getting bigger so I’ll go to the authorized service provider after doing the backup.

I haven’t done any reset or appointment yet, I did upgrade to iOS 14. I wonder if that counts as a Reset? The pixel is still there and the reason I put it off until now is simply because I’m away from home and I didn’t want to go through the trouble of setting up those damn eSIMs again like the first time. But I will take care of it soon and hopefully I can get back to you with good news!
I recently bought my phone on October 16 from Amazon and I have the same problem, I don’t even have an Apple store in my city, nor is Amazon helping me, the product is out of stock on Amazon for replacement. I’m afraid of what to do!
I have to unpair the watch so it automatically backs up and then I back up the phone, turn it on and in case something goes wrong or
