To be honest, I want to say that today was a complete disappointment. After getting our drinks, we sat on a bench outside and placed the same food order through the QR code there as three friends: Hot Tots and Fries. After waiting for a while, only one of the orders arrived, so we waited a bit longer for the others. When they still didn’t come, I went to the food van to ask in case they had forgotten the remaining items. The lady preparing the food barely even looked at my face while I was speaking. Anyway, I thought at least they were aware of it now, so I went back to my seat and kept waiting. After some more time, a waitress brought only one Hot Tots. We were still waiting for one more Hot Tots and two portions of fries. Even though we had already confirmed this with the waitress twice, she came back and asked us again about the third fries. We had clearly explained that there were three of the same order. As far as I know, when ordering through the QR code, everything is clearly shown on the screen or on the order receipt. Therefore, I don’t think it should be difficult for the staff taking the order or preparing the food to keep track of and prepare such a simple order. This used to be a place I really liked, but after this bad experience, I know I will never come here for food again. Maybe I would only consider it for drinks.

Great boozer for the football. Love the atmosphere especially when it’s warm. Food is disappointing – avoid the Chilli Nachos, none of the toppings were warm and there was barely any chilli on it and no cheese. Not worth the £15 it cost! We only went for these as half the menu was out of stock, but definitely won’t be eating here again.

Absolutely poor experience watching the England vs. Croatia game here. £10 entry fee to watch the game No match audio for the first few minutes of the game Service charge for a £7 pint? 3 minutes into the 2nd half and they were still playing their own ads and live music What is the entry fee for if it’s not successfully playing the game of football on the screen?

Terrible experience to see the England Vs Panama game. First of all £17 entry fee is wild. Nothing included in that fee at all. Secondly the bar was so busy it took 45 mins to get served, which meant most people spent the first 15 mins of the game queuing. Not enough toilets or bar staff. Immediately at the final whistle the bar closed and everyone was told to leave even though we had just bought a drink 5 mins before the end. Felt like a money making experience for the venue….

Terrible experience for the England match – £10 per ticket, didn’t put the game on in time for the third goal so missed it as displaying drinks adverts for the venue. Added compulsory service charge to drinks when going to the bar once the game kicked off. No audio until complaints from the crowd. Wouldn’t recommend for any World Cup games.

  • Ross Jenkinson (a month ago):

Is a purpose-built fanzone for sport but doesn’t play audio. Claims the match audio is ‘broken’ despite playing house music during the games… £7 pints and £10 hot dogs, this is a place for finance bros and instagrammers, not fans.

'These girls run' club hosted an event here with ASICS and it was such a a great venue! A lively atmosphere, the staff left us to it which was nice as we had the whole court to ourselves. Great evening and would definitely come here and recommend to other for social drinks and food in the future.

Food ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Atmosphere ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Accessibility ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Cost ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great new addition to the area. Sports themed bar/space with indoor and outdoor areas, situated right next to a single full sized tennis court (can be converted to a basketball court too). Big screens inside and outside to enjoy any live sports. Everything is great; food options are decent but limited as there's no cooking kitchen (that I could see) on site. Very chilled vibes and great to lounge about with friends 👍🏽 Edit: there's a "stall" outside that makes and serves gyros. 💳 Cards accepted ♿ Wheelchair friendly with accessible toilets
