Job Overview

The Senior Compensation Analyst will work two days per week in the office to build relationships with department and corporate leadership.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Compensation Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing compensation programs that align with our organizational goals and comply with relevant regulations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our compensation strategies are competitive, equitable, and compliant with applicable laws such as HIPAA and Medicare. The ideal candidate will possess strong data analysis skills and the ability to communicate effectively across various departments.

Duties

  • Analyze compensation data to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Develop and implement compensation policies and procedures in compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with HR and management to design compensation structures that support organizational objectives.
  • Conduct market research to benchmark salaries and benefits against industry standards.
  • Prepare reports on compensation trends, metrics, and recommendations for management review.
  • Assist in the administration of Workers Compensation programs.
  • Negotiate contracts related to compensation services when necessary.
  • Provide training development for HR staff on compensation-related topics.
  • Utilize UltiPro and Paylocity systems for data management and reporting.

Experience

  • A Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field with proven experience in compensation analysis or is essential.
  • Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws, including HIPAA regulations.
  • Experience with data analysis tools and techniques is required.
  • Familiarity with Workers Compensation processes is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective collaboration.
  • Ability to negotiate contracts effectively when required.
  • Experience with UltiPro or Paylocity systems is preferred but not mandatory.
