LD cable wiring may seem silly but it will be complicated by its length. Check out my article on the 12v vs 24v LED strip before we talk about wiring. In the following diagrams I will only talk about the 24v LED strip, if you are using 12v consider that the maximum length mentioned should be shorter, the same as for the cheapest LED strip! On the other hand, a high quality LED strip can operate for up to 24v hours, which is 2.5m as specified.

By following the instructions below, please be sure to exceed the electrical limits listed on the board at each station! And finally, after reading the wiring diagram below and also see which thick wire you want for the length and thickness of wire you want to use! Also remember to provide the right temperature for the LED strip!

You can move forward by attaching one end of the rope to a 2.5m or 8.2-foot tie. Going beyond this length will cause the light to fade to the end of the line!

If you want to combine multiple white LED lines, build only on the above conditions. All positive + (red) lines are shared, Bad – (false) uses a selected channel on the line to allow a single flashlight level control. This can be done in 4 white LED lines using An-Quad. All + (red) terminals are subdivided so if you connect 4 layers you can create 2 combinations to create another terminal block. The following diagram shows how to combine two lines.

When you combine the RGB (W) strip, you combine the positive (red) indicator and the negative indicator of each color. – An-Quad has up to four channels and uses all four channels when connected to the RGBW strip (white with only one channel with red, green and blue).

Although there is no problem connecting the 5m line directly to the technology, it usually lowers the cheap 12V voltage so it seems to indicate the end of the cable because the voltage is so high. In most cases, this conclusion is not necessary. This is what happens in these high-level illustrations. If you are not worried about this, you are using a high quality LED cable or you are trying to feed the cable on the other side, there is no risk to do this. These diagrams show you a clever way to solve this problem by using a single controller to attach a long / wide LED strip. Most of my LED lights consume only one, but they are usually not as much as 2m 5m as shown in the pictures.

Consider using a much shorter room than 1 large room for more complex situations. It takes a lot of effort to send a command divided into 4 sections by 1 long cord or string, since everything is connected via Domotica!

For some designs, you have multiple wires (or more) connected in two available + (red) terminals. You can fix this by using an external connection block. You can create two (thick) short cables, connect these in the connecting valve and connect 4+ (red) wires in one connector to the LED lines. All + (red) planes share to connect together in this way, do not do the same thing with bad (black) pointers! You can find these blocks in the Tools and Tools section. The 5 pin difference works well for this.

For long-term LED stripes sometimes you need to connect two or more – false (wired) wires in the same terminal. You can use the link point for these cases (at the exit!) But you should consider dividing the lines into several sections, in which case the board may hold more than once and load one channel depending on the output power. The burden is divided into several stages.

The average height is estimated at 5 meters or ~ 16 feet. There are usually two ways to combine these at the top, double feed (both LED strip ends) or medium feed. In all these cases, the power required to travel up to 2.5 m in the line and the voltage should not be too high.

* If you double wash the LED cord, lower each current and use the thin wires you need to carry while feeding the cord! Please see this article to know more about the thickness of yarn you are looking for!

Medium feed is a great choice if you want to use less wire and do not have to sell some new markers to the LED strip.

Connecting a 5m RGBW strip is similar to connecting a white LED strip, with only one wire in color to think about. You also have the option of eating twice at each end or you can sell some between meals. The bottom diagram is in the middle of the feeding cable because it uses a small amount of wire.

If you want to run an LED strip over 5 meters, you will need to do some heavy cable work to keep the power going where it needs to continue to run in the LED strip. The 10-meter (32-foot) RGBW LED strip below is fed using three points. In this way the distance required to travel another 2.5m along the line should be good for most lines (especially if it uses 24v). This diagram may seem hard to understand but in reality the wire is simple, very good! Appropriate power to apply on LED strip to make it reflect. Setting methods may vary depending on where you purchased your LED strip and LED lighting supply. Below, we go through the most common ones.

First, make sure that the voltage is measured at a specific voltage relative to the LED strip voltage. The low voltage of the LED cable causes the LED cable to operate at low brightness or no light and overheat your LEDs.

How To Connect An Led Strip To A Power Supply

Second, make sure that the length of the LED strip used by the power supply is sufficient. This can usually be calculated by looking at a sheet of LED strips that record current or power drawers.

Next, we want to make sure that the power supply and the LED cable are compatible with the connectors and sockets. Since LED lines and electric lights come in different types of connections, it can be confusing. So, to help you explain (the quote!) We have prepared the table below.

First, select the type of connection used in “Power Trading” (green set). Next, select the type of connection to be used on the LED Strip Side. Detailed instructions for selecting a category are provided below.

Next, find the string of links and columns that apply to your configuration. For example, if you have Open Wire and DC Receptacles on your LED cable, look in the lower right corner of the table.

The image and text on the board explain how the connection is made, as well as the tools and materials you need. See below for more information:

In some cases, like Meanwell electrical appliances, there may be no plug – only two wires are red and white.

Both types can be made to work with the LED strip, but the connection method will be different, so check this before proceeding.

Almost all LED lines have copper plates, marked with (+) and (-) on the actual strip. This should be the last power supply. Depending on your situation, you may experience three different situations.

Soldering To Led Strips In Less Than One Minute

If you cut the LED strip real section in the first case (the first line of the table), you will notice the remaining (approximately) half-round copper plates at the end of each section.

Once you have purchased the entire reel, the manufacturer offers some cables installed at the end of the LED strip. The wire can be open leading to the exposed wire (second place), or stop at DC (third place). If you cut the LED cable to make shorter parts, you will end up with a piece that falls under the original condition.

Remember other electrical principles: The ultimate goal is to connect a good (usually red) wire from a DC to (+) copper plate, and a bad or low (usually black or white) electrical connection. DC extends from (-) copper plate.
