Description Transportation Industry Sales Professional
Compass Lease, LLC. is seeking a highly motivated Outside Sales Representative to pioneer expansion to a new market for our Trailer Leasing division. The individual will be responsible for meeting sales quotas, while providing the highest level of service to our customers.
Position Expectations:
– Driven to achieve sales quotas (competitive drive)
– Excellent customer service skill
– Has basic knowledge of trailer specifications and applications to assist customers
– Provides solutions to customers based on customer needs and requirements and company policies.
– Monitor the trucking industry for the latest trends, cost saving measures and imposed regulations to ensure branch compliance
– Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
– Motivated and self-driven
– Familiarity with CRM tools preferred
– Experience in the trucking industry required
– Bilingual preferred
– Must be willing to travel
– Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs., as well as climb in, out, and go underneath trailers.
