I recently started teaching myself decorating techniques in order to work on my DJ rule soon. I had a lot of questions about the type of metal I needed when I first used it on a welding machine. Please understand that I thought I would answer all my first questions here for everyone!
How To Fix Headset Wires
This is important. I know that a new set of headphones / earphones can be very expensive, so if you are looking for a quick fix that does not require any money in time, patience and tools, this is not for you. My goal is to train welding, hands-on and hands-on work directly for beginners, as it solves a common problem.
How To Repair A Frayed Headphone Cable
I think learning to repair a broken head is good for a number of reasons to learn to weld. Broken headphones are common, so if you or someone you know already have them to practice with. Moreover, they are broken; there is nothing wrong with that, if you can’t fix it.
Also, with the exception of accessories, which you already have more or use in the future, the only part you need to buy is the headphone jack, which is easy to find and very cheap. Everything else should be in your home.
Another great starting point with this project is the strength of the headphone jack. You can heat, weld, desolder and otherwise beat it and it should continue to work if you do things right. Cut the old headphone connection as close to its base as possible. Then remove the protective sleeves for about a quarter of an inch.

If you have not already done so, you need to connect the solder to the generator to start heating. Each iron needs a different time, but four minutes should do the trick if your iron does not have the necessary light! This device will be very hot, like hot molten metal, so be careful.

Now, it might be a good idea to try things out. Wait until the plug is down, connect the phone, and play music. Then take the remaining two wires and pierce the mouth with the ring joints. You should be able to hear audio from phones.
If you hear anything, you will enjoy it !! All you have to do now is repeat the insertion and welding steps for the rest of the yarn.
If you cannot find the noise, weigh the other two wires firmly and move the ground wire. If this sounds like you, it means you have lost contact when sweeping the floor, and you will need to heat the solder and remove the solder with a pump or fuse. Then you have to try again.
Once all your wires are plugged in and tested, to make sure everything works, you should turn your back. Some are easy!
