Mainly because others work better or are more customizable. Alternatively, it’s frustrating that the Samsung keyboard doesn’t capitalize words or provide extra space in a sentence.
How To Fix My Samsung Keyboard

How To Get Samsung Keyboard Back To Normal

Keep in mind that when you install a Galaxy Note 9 screen protector, you may experience sensitivity issues. Not all glass has the same curve and you may experience dead spots where faucets cannot be detected. The problem here is usually not the actual keyboard.
Go to Settings > Advanced Features > Scroll down and turn on Enhanced Touch Sensitivity. Especially if you use a screen saver. Flip the switch to the on position and you’re all set. If dead spots are still visible, you may need a replacement device.
Another problem is that sometimes the Note 9 keyboard is not visible at all. Unfortunately, there is no way to fix this in the settings. This is basically a software bug and we have two steps to fix it.
Samsung Keyboard: Multi Language Problem
For all keyboard issues, your first step is to quickly restart the phone. Press the Power button and tap on Restart. The keyboard should return to full working order when the phone restarts.
Then, if the keyboard still doesn’t work, try clearing the Samsung keyboard cache. It’s actually easier than it looks. Go to Settings > Apps > All Apps > and scroll down until you find Samsung Keyboard. Now tap on it and select Force Stop. You can tap storage and clear keyboard data and cache.
Capitalization is something we’ve seen complaints about for almost every Samsung phone. Basically, the keyboard doesn’t always capitalize words or names, especially at the beginning of a sentence. Otherwise, it will auto-correct to the font which is very frustrating.
